Who We Are
Community Pathway Africa (CPA) is a registered international charity organization (Charity Number 1192724) committed to promoting the rights, welfare, and empowerment of vulnerable populations, particularly women and children. In December 2020, Community Pathway Africa (CPA) was established with the aim of breaking the cycle of poverty by empowering vulnerable people, particularly women and girls in some of England’s and Ghana’s deprived communities.
Founded on the belief that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and protection, CPA implements community-based programs that promote equality, self-reliance, and sustainable development. We work with communities to address the social, economic, and structural barriers that prevent individuals from living safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
Through partnerships with local stakeholders, government institutions, civil society organizations, and community leaders, we create pathways for individuals and communities to thrive.
Our Approach
Our work is guided by a rights-based, participatory, and community-centered approach. We believe that sustainable development is achieved when people are empowered to identify their own priorities, participate in decisions that affect their lives, and access opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential.
By building local capacity, fostering partnerships, and promoting community ownership, we create solutions that are sustainable, inclusive, and responsive to local needs.
